If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date the jewelry is received.  Jewelry returned within 14 days that has not been used or damaged and that is accompanied by the original receipt is entitled to an exchange, or alternatively a full refund, less shipping and handling fees.  All sale items are final sale and are not entitled to an exchange or return.

A flat shipping and handling fee of $10.99 is placed on all domestic US orders.  Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive in approximately 4-7 business days from the date the order is placed.  A tracking number is provided.  The shipping and handling fee for Canada is $30.  For all other international orders, the fee is $40.

Our gold plated jewelry consists of a base metal plated in 22kt gold.

 

Our gold vermeil jewelry consists of sterling silver dipped in 22kt gold. 

Rosena Sammi Jewelry is delicately handcrafted and should be handled with care.  We recommend removing your jewelry before applying perfume, make up and using any household chemicals. 22kt gold vermeil and sterling silver jewelry may be cleaned using a soft cotton cloth.

 

Gold vermeil jewelry can be polished lightly with a soft, dry, clean cloth. Polishing too hard may remove some of the coating, so press lightly. Do not use any liquid cleaners, even jewelry cleaners, on gold vermeil jewelry.
